BIG HAT CHAMPIONSHIP SERIES
Congratulations to Tye for winning 1ST PLACE in the CSRA Big Hat Championship Series Tie Down Roping. Tye is also currently standing 2ND in the CSRA Tie Down Roping ($1,744.35), 4TH CSRA All Around and is in the the TOP TEN in CSRA Team Roping with both of his partners, Randy Mager and Tyler Hartle. Way to go guys on a great 2009 and on taking home the Big Hat Rodeo Championship Series.
Ronda (Blazing Flash) won 1ST in the Cowgirls Barrel Racing in the CSRA Big Hat Championship Series and she is also currently standing 2ND ($2,414.08) in the CSRA Cowgirls Barrel Racing, coming in second only to....
Jennifer Lichtenbarger (UndniablyAClassic) who is standing in 1ST place with winnings of $2,873.97!! Jennifer placed 3RD in the CSRA Big Hat Championship Series. Way to go girls!

Tye Casey, Plymouth, Ind., today won the third quarterfinal qualifying contest for the 2010 World Livestock Auctioneer Championship. The contest was hosted by the Calhoun Stockyard Hwy. 53, Inc., Calhoun, Ga., and there were 29 contestants.
Reserve champion is Darren T. Carter, Ninety Six, S.C., and runner-up champion is Jeff Bynum, Southside, Ala.. They will move on to next June’s WLAC, in Oklahoma City, as will the next five highest scorers in today’s contest.
Those five are, in alphabetical order: Joel Martin, Williamston, S.C., Brandon Neely, Southside, Ala., Jay Romine, Mt. Washington, Ky., Gabe Spikes, Bowie, Texas, and Billy Younkin, Cecil, Ala.
The last remaining contest will be Dec. 2, Parsons Livestock Market, Inc., Parsons, Kan. Brian Little, Wann, Okla., won the first qualifying contest, held Sept. 25 in Billings, Mont. and Russele Sleep, Bedford, Iowa, won the second qualifying contest, held Oct. 9 in Crawford, Neb.
