Athletic Style Ranch is a family owned and operated boarding and training facility located on over 70 acres in rural Plymouth Indiana. The land and the love of horses have been in the famly for over three generations, with a lifetime of successfully competing with and showing their horses, both Ronda and Tye continue the tradition.. Ronda has owned and shown horses her entire life, and has shown in a variety of disciplines, at many different levels. And even though she is known mostly for running barrels, Ronda has also shown successfully in both english and western pleasure events at the breed show level, and has successfully competed at the All American Quarter Horse Congress. Tye has owned and shown roping horses since he was a youth and has successfully shown on the local, regional and national level. Both Ronda and Tye are still actively showing today and travel many miles each year to shows, rodeos and barrel races.

ASR raises and trains quality AQHA and APHA horses out of their AQHA Stallion Undniablydebonair. We have carefully developed our breeding program to produce free moving, athletic, horses that are smart, willing and quiet tempered. We have yet to be disappointed. All of our foals have proven to be not only beautiful movers, but also smart and easy to work with and train in any discipline. ASR Always has quality young stock for sale.
At Athletic Style Ranch, we really do - DO IT ALL! From barrels, poles and roping, to english and western pleasure, to trail riding. We offer a variety of choices, so that almost anyone can find something they like to do at ASR. ASR offers both private and group lessons in a variety of events and skill levels. Beginner to advanced, 4H to national level shows, the team at ASR can work with you to improve your performance. ASR also offers training to a limited number of barrel and pleasure horses each year.

ASR's primary riding instructor is Tina DeHaan. Tina uses her knowledge of horses, and her love of children to coach her students to success through proper horsemanship skills, and tecniques. She believes in teaching her students how to properly apply their aids and cues, allowing them to improve with every ride. Students learn not only horsemanship and training skills, they also learn valuable lessons in hard work, dedication, self confidence, patience and the importance of self evaluation. She believes hard work and dedication are the key to a successful life wtih horses, whether you are in the showpen or out on the trail. Very active as a volunteer with the local 4H Horse & Pony club, Tina spends her free time showing her mare, Misti Blue Dakota, in the western events at open shows, or volunteering at the shows hosted by the Horse & Pony club.

Always willing to lend a helping hand, you can usually find her either preparing her own horse for an upcoming class, or ringside encouraging and helping her students prepare for theirs. Tina has experience showing in a variety of events, including barrels, poles, western pleasure, english pleasure and a variety of other events. Her life is dedicated to her family, her horses and her students.
